Something else I am INCREDIBLY passionate about is helping women discover themselves in their truest form. Unfortunately, we’ve been sold a bill of goods about our reproductive health, our bodies, pregnancy and sensuality.

After struggling for many years with horrible cystic acne, painful periods, countless battles with different birth controls, constant weight struggles, battles with depression and anxiety, I decided to take my life into my own hands. Against the advice of EVERYONE.

I thought to myself, there has to be a better way, this CANNOT be it. And after lots of struggle, research, blood, sweat, breastmilk and tears.. turns out I was right.

This is why I want to help give you the shortcut out of the dreaded and dark woods that you’ve been living in.

On my journey it was hard to find someone I could truly relate to or who could understand what I was going through.

I have now become the person I needed all along.

I’ve been a working mom, stay at home mom, pregnant and working, pregnant with small children at home, ULTRA medicalized and very interventionist pregnancy as well as full blown spontaneous, natural unmedicated labor. I’ve breastfed, formula fed, NICU stayed, postpartum depression to postpartum bliss, placenta encapsulation and most importantly… divine timing and full surrender.
